BASIL WOODS PRE-SCHOOL – Bengaluru

Basil Woods Preschool is an initiative of the National Institute of Value Education (NIVE) for early childhood learning. The owner of the school Mrs. Jamuna Modi reached out to The School Designs Studio with a partially constructed building to design the entire campus. The School is inspired by ISKCON and consists of a special co-curricular module to explain the rich cultural heritage of India. The School Designs Studio designed the building to collaborate with their vision and comprising an educational system, and designed the interior in a way to present the values related to ISKON and modern learning.

The play area offers sand play, free play, or structured play to make kids active and healthy. The nursery classroom and activities area is designed in a large space so that kids can explore and learn.
